starting at 5:10am, 6:05am and 7:00am.
Additionally, we offer mid morning and lunchtime sessions,
along with evening classes starting as late as 7:30pm.
We strive to provide flexible scheduling options to suit the diverse needs and preferences of our members.

CLASSES

BARRE

Barre involves high repetition movements that engage, stabilise and strengthen the muscles. Using the barre and props, this class will help tone and lengthen the body. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and no dance experience is required. This class is pregnancy and post natal friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

MAMA + MINI

Mama & Mini is an exercise class consisting of Pilates, Barre and Yoga exercises specifically designed for the postnatal months. A safe, challenging and fun class to help your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. This class focuses on strengthening and re-building your pelvic floor, deeper abdominals, glutes and back as well as working on posture and flexibility. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced clients. Your mini is more than welcome, to take the ease off. Ages ranging from 6 weeks - 4 years old. This class can be booked casually or can be used as a class on our weekly membership pack. *It is recommend you are 6-8 weeks postpartum.

POWER SCULPT

A low impact, full body, strength training mat Pilates class. An option to step up the weights in this power class, with a restorative vinyasa flow to strengthen, lengthen and release at the end. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. Not pregnancy friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

STRONG

STRONG is a Pilates inspired circuit style class. Using a variety of equipment from, weights, Pilates balls, resistance bands and more you are sure to feel the burn and leave feeling stronger in your body and mind. Modifications and challenges are offered.

TONE

Our signature full body and mind connection class. This class will have you feeling the burn, using a range of equipment on the mat. Enhance Tone will target your abs, arms, legs and glutes, focusing on correct technique and form. We see this as the foundation class to all others. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. Not pregnancy friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

YOGA FLOW

A mindful flow of dynamic yoga poses sequenced together in a way that balances strength with flexibility. Move your body through a flowing and grounding sequence consisting of both static and dynamic poses and stretches to increase flexibility. We will cover all major muscle groups ending with a restorative Savasana to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Props may be used for restorative positions and trigger points. YIN YOGA

Yin is a still and intentional yoga practice. Poses are held for longer periods of time typically between 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues, facia, ligaments and joints rather than the muscles. The practice can leave you feeling deeply relaxed resetting the mind and body. Be prepared to settle in and let your mind drift away. It is the ultimate way to decompress. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and is pregnancy friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

YOGA NIDRA

Learn how to quieten your mind and experience the deepest relaxation possible, starting with an introductory discussion on mindfulness in everyday life, before settling in for your yoga Nidra practice.  Nidra is an effortless and nourishing yoga practice that involves no physical movement, simply resting and listening. It is an adaptive, meditative state of being that anyone can access to find healing, rest and nourishment.  From lowering blood pressure to improving focus and compassion of the self. It is also referred to as psychic sleep, has a profound effect on the mind, body and spirit.

6 WEEK POSTPARTUM

A 6 week proactive postpartum approach for mum and bub between recovery and regular classes. Re introducing you to movement, nutrition, self care. Strengthening and stimulating the body and mind. Each week has a new focus, building up to a full Pilates class by week 6. The course includes, weekly check ins. Classes will also cover Barre and Yoga, which are regular classes at the studio. Investment includes a nutrition seminar by Ely, founder of Nutrition Nelly, Sleep consultation by Melissa from Sleep Speak and a guided breath work led by Bek from Luna Muse to finalise the course. At the commencement of the course each Mumma will also receive a hamper containing beautifully curated local items to support the postpartum journey from the gorgeous Lydia at Hermosa Co as well as goodies from Mermaid Treasures and By Sampson & Delilah.
