Enhance supplies all workout equipment, including your mat. All you need is a sweat towel and a bottle of water.

Absolutely! Our classes cater to all fitness levels and abilities. Every class offers modifications and challenges for everyone, from absolute beginners to advanced members. Just let the instructor know at the start of the class, and they will take care of you.

Congratulations! Yes, you can. We believe in the benefits of staying active during pregnancy, both physically and mentally. Pilates and yoga can help you build strength and stability while easing aches and pains. If you are a member and become pregnant, please inform the instructor so they can provide the necessary support and modifications. Our instructors are trained in pre and postpartum exercises, ensuring your safety. If you're new to this form of exercise, contact us for class recommendations. Always seek advice from your doctor or a women's physio before starting anything new.

Congratulations, Mama! We advise enjoying your first six weeks with your baby. When you feel ready, come in and say hi. We recommend seeing a women's health physio for feedback on your core, pelvic floor, and any separation. We also ask for a doctor’s clearance before you start exercising again.

Yes, we offer a Postpartum 6-week course designed to reintroduce you to movement, nutrition, and self-care. This course includes consultations with a local nutritionist, sleep consultant, and breathwork consultant, as well as local mama-run gift boxes.

Absolutely! We offer Mama and Mini classes for babies aged 6 weeks and up. A doctor’s clearance is required. These classes are led by instructors with postpartum certification, so you are in good hands.

At Enhance, every class offers modifications and can be adapted to your individual needs. With our boutique classes, we take the time to connect with you before, during, and after class to ensure you feel seen and heard, and can continue to participate.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 8 hours. If you can't make it to your class, please cancel within this timeframe on the Enhance Momence app. Late cancellations will forfeit their class credit and incur a $5 fee. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations via text, phone, or email. Fees are automatically charged after 24 hours.

If you do not show up to your class, the class credit will be forfeited, and $10 will be charged to your account.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. You may be added to the class up to 30 minutes before it starts. If you are opted in for waitlist notifications, you will receive a text and email to confirm your spot. To avoid no-show fees, we highly recommend opting in for text notifications. Treat the waitlist booking as if you are added to the class. If you no longer wish to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist.

Memberships commence on the date of purchase with a 4-week minimum term for all weekly autopay memberships. We require one week's written notice for cancellations and pauses. Memberships can be paused for a minimum of one week to a maximum of 6 weeks by emailing admin@enhancepilatesandmovement.com. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

We understand that life happens. Our door is always open, but please note that classes start on time to ensure they finish on time. If you’re late, come in quietly, do a quick warm-up, and join in. A 20-minute workout is better than no workout!
